Arrival

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and enjoy a calm start to your session.

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session and full charge. We appreciate your punctuality.

Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable 20% fee applies to all cancellations. This helps us secure your therapist’s time and availability.

• Please notify us as early as possible for any changes.

Stoppage Policy

• You may stop the massage at any time.

• If stopped within the first 15 minutes, a full refund will be issued. No refunds after 15 minutes.

Respect Policy

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on inappropriate behavior.

• Any sexual remarks or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges, and may be reported to authorities.

Medical Conditions

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or treatments.

• Clients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation must provide written clearance from their doctor.
